Deputy Director

BLIS is hiring a Deputy Director to partner closely with our Executive Director during a period of growth and expansion. This senior leadership role will help advance BLIS’s strategic vision, strengthen organizational infrastructure, and support our multi-movement network. The Deputy Director will help shape BLIS as a Solidarity & Action Hub, bringing political clarity, operational leadership, and a deep commitment to care, accountability, and collective power.
