Membership Insights & Collaboration Strategist

The BLIS Collective is seeking a Membership Insights & Collaborations Strategist to help strengthen solidarity and collaboration across our growing network. This full-time role will design systems that connect members, measure the health of our collective, and support the Radical Collaboration Fund. We’re looking for someone who can bring both data strategy and heart—using insights to tell the story of our shared impact on narrative, policy, and culture while fostering trust, belonging, and alignment across movements.
